Returns + Cancellation Policy

Our Guarantee:

We promise to do everything in our power to deliver a cake or cake class that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your cake or cake class.

Cake Cancellation Policy:

• Cakes canceled prior to the 14 day lockout date can be refunded up to 50% of any balance paid. The 50% retainer will not be refunded. Cakes canceled after the 14 day lockout date will not be refunded. Full balance of payment is due on any cakes canceled by Client within five days of event.

• In the event that something occurs to effect your scheduled event date – please contact us to discuss options. Communication is key, if you are up-front about any issues about your date we will work hard to accommodate you. We understand things can come up that are out of your control. If we are not able to accommodate your new date, The Studio will consider your event to be “canceled” and our cancellation policy will apply.

Cake Class Cancellation Policy:

• In-person classes take place at our St. Louis studio unless otherwise noted and all sales are final. While we are unable to issue refunds, we will do our best to place you in a future workshop if you need to cancel. Please reach out by email to discuss.

• We reserve the right to cancel classes/workshop at any time due to weather emergencies, illness, venue availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the workshop, we will issue you a full tuition refund.

Digital Downloads:

Digital downloads are non-refundable. PDF digital download are delivered via an email containing a link directly after purchase. All tutorial or template PDFs are yours to keep forever but the link to download them does expires after 24 hours. Be sure to download straight away although we can always reactivate link upon request.
